Red BayBought my grandson his first watch for Christmas 2021. He loved it, but after about 4 months the crystal developed fog under it. I called them and explained my situation, and was told to send the watch back to them for repair. After a short time we hadn't heard any news from the fellow we were dealing with, so I called them back and spoke to a girl named Tatiana. She was very polite and professional, and after listening to my story, said they would get on it right away - I mean right NOW - and test the watch to see what the problem was. After only a couple of hours she text me what the problem was and that it had partially already been fixed, but that a part was needed to complete the job. I have to hand it to Titiana, although she was obviously very busy, she did everything she said she was going to do and kept me informed of what was going on via text. When the part came in a couple of days later, she text and informed me that the watch was mailed out that day and I should get it within a day or so. She even provide a tracking number for me. I have to say that this was NOT an expensive watch(being the first one for the grandson), but Titiana treated the situation like it was, and rendered truly personable service, of which I am very grateful. Next watch I buy - I'm getting it from Sarasota Watch Company, and I recommend you do, too. Thank you, Titiana for solving my problem quickly.

thomas hagertyA couple weeks ago while on vacation in Sarasota, my adult son and I went into the store and bought a couple $500 watches. Although they had an entire store of more expensive watches. We were treated like royalty. The salesperson had an extreme amount of knowledge and experience and it showed. Will definitely come back again the next time we are in Sarasota and buy more watches.
