We ship Priority Mail on most orders (over $225) and include free tracking and insure all shipments for the full sale price. 

International Orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

Note on Shipping: We have mailed thousands of items through eBay. The following notes have applied to most every item sold.

In a hurry to get your item? We suggest you pay for Express or Priority mail. If not, “First Class” is the most economical and often used method. This method is reliable but can be slow, especially International Mail. Let us know if you have a rush need, we will be happy to help and advise you.

You should anticipate these delivery times…

If you are INSIDE the USA, please allow 2-5 days for FIRST CLASS and 2-3 days for PRIORITY MAIL

If you are OUTSIDE the USA, please allow 14-75 days for delivery. Canada can be as few as 7 days while distant countries such as Brazil, Italy, or Russia have seen as much as 75 days or more. Don’t be frustrated with customs and international mail practices, please be patient. First class mail can be slow at times.

These delivery times are expected and not guaranteed.

A recent dispute to Russian Federation was resolved after the item was held in customs, it was delivered at 4.5 months. Italy and Brazil have seen similar results. Please be prepared for slow deliveries in these areas.

Terms of Sale

Pre-owned Watches and Jewelry

Returns will be gladly accepted on any pre-owned watch or piece of jewelry within 3 days upon delivery of goods.

Please contact us to discuss options should you want to return your watch! 

Any returns that show signs of being used, sized or worn will not be accepted.

 We will not be able to issue a refund if your watch shows any signs of being worn: scratches, links removed, nicks, chips, or any other signs of use on the case or band.

All packaging and manuals included with the return product must be received in the same condition as originally sent to the customer.

The customer is responsible for all freight charges for items returned back to us.

We recommend a carrier with a tracking number to verify package delivery. Insurance is highly recommended for the return package.

All domestic returns not accepted will be mailed back to the customer, at the customer’s expense, via fully insured USPS Priority shipping.

Return Terms & Conditions

All sales are limited to a 30-day return policy for all reasons. 

To be eligible for return, all items must be returned in the same condition as sent to buyer. 

We do not accept items for return that have been altered or damaged in any way, whether by the buyer or by an agent of the buyer. This includes alteration or damage to any and all box(es), documentation, paper(s) and/or certificate(s) that accompany item. 

Items returned without all accompanying box(es), documentation, paper(s) and/or certificate(s) cannot be refunded until those items are also returned to us. 

Seller limits its liability to the buyer to the total amount invoiced. 

Seller is not liable for any damage that may result from the use of any item purchased through our store. 

Returns without a valid reason are subject to a re-stocking fee.
