PRICING POLICY

Sarasota Watch Company is dedicated to always offering the best value to our customers. We will match the price, at the time of purchase, on a Low Price Guarantee product if you find the same item at a lower price at a Designated Major Online Retailer. However, we reserve the right to make any change to pricing, specification and inventory availability without prior notice. Statements made on this site are the opinion of Sarasota Watch Company.

Here’s How:

If you find a qualifying lower price online, call (941)953-1315 and direct a customer service agent to the website with a lower price.
On qualifying products, Sarasota Watch Company will then verify the current price to complete the price match.

The purchase price shown is the cash wire price, and any payment method fees such as credit card fees, PayPal fees, Amazon fees, etc. will be added to the transaction total. Prices may be higher if other payment methods are selected.

OUR WARRANTY

We offer a one-year warranty on all of our pre-owned watches. Please be advised, however, that we do not cover “external damage” to the product as part of that warranty, such as damage or wear and tear to the watch case, crystal/glass, bracelet, bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles or any other physical damage. Our warranty covers only the mechanical parts, it’s mechanism.

Bought my grandson his first watch for Christmas 2021. He loved it, but after about 4 months the crystal developed fog under it. I called them and explained my situation, and was told to send the watch back to them for repair. After a short time we hadn't heard any news from the fellow we were dealing with, so I called them back and spoke to a girl named Tatiana. She was very polite and professional, and after listening to my story, said they would get on it right away - I mean right NOW - and test the watch to see what the problem was. After only a couple of hours she text me what the problem was and that it had partially already been fixed, but that a part was needed to complete the job. I have to hand it to Titiana, although she was obviously very busy, she did everything she said she was going to do and kept me informed of what was going on via text. When the part came in a couple of days later, she text and informed me that the watch was mailed out that day and I should get it within a day or so. She even provide a tracking number for me. I have to say that this was NOT an expensive watch(being the first one for the grandson), but Titiana treated the situation like it was, and rendered truly personable service, of which I am very grateful. Next watch I buy - I'm getting it from Sarasota Watch Company, and I recommend you do, too. Thank you, Titiana for solving my problem quickly.
