During the holiday season, Sarasota Watch Company is offering an extended return policy for exchange only. There are no cash refunds for this extended period. Any watch purchased between Black Friday and December 25th may be exchanged for any item through December 31st. We must receive the returned item by January 10th. Merchandise purchased after December 25th or merchandise that is returned within 14 days of receipt, falls under our standard non-holiday return policy.

Red BayBought my grandson his first watch for Christmas 2021. He loved it, but after about 4 months the crystal developed fog under it. I called them and explained my situation, and was told to send the watch back to them for repair. After a short time we hadn't heard any news from the fellow we were dealing with, so I called them back and spoke to a girl named Tatiana. She was very polite and professional, and after listening to my story, said they would get on it right away - I mean right NOW - and test the watch to see what the problem was. After only a couple of hours she text me what the problem was and that it had partially already been fixed, but that a part was needed to complete the job. I have to hand it to Titiana, although she was obviously very busy, she did everything she said she was going to do and kept me informed of what was going on via text. When the part came in a couple of days later, she text and informed me that the watch was mailed out that day and I should get it within a day or so. She even provide a tracking number for me. I have to say that this was NOT an expensive watch(being the first one for the grandson), but Titiana treated the situation like it was, and rendered truly personable service, of which I am very grateful. Next watch I buy - I'm getting it from Sarasota Watch Company, and I recommend you do, too. Thank you, Titiana for solving my problem quickly.
