If you purchase a Rolex watch from Sarasota Watch Company that is found to be not an authentic Rolex, we promise to refund 100% of the purchase price, plus any shipping charges and insurance costs associated.

At Sarasota Watch Company, we make every effort to ensure the authenticity of every watch and sometimes rely on outside experts. However, we regret that mistakes or errors may still occur. In this event, we reserve the right to correct those mistakes/errors. Please accept our apologies in advance for any inconvenience these may cause.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM:

Please Call Customer Care: (941) 953-1315

We will then discuss our authenticity guarantee and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return. The item must be returned within 30 days from the date we issue the RMA.

Once you receive an RMA number from Sarasota Watch Company, you must follow the steps below to receive credit for the return:

Send the item back: repack your watch in its original packaging and shipping box
Follow all emailed instructions on how to send your package back to us

RESOLUTION:

We will proceed to take the necessary steps to re-authenticate the Rolex or any items in question.

If a watch is deemed to not be authentic, we will promptly refund 100% of the full purchase price. If a watch part is found to not be authentic, we reserve the right to replace that part to restore the watch to 100% authentic condition.

Bought my grandson his first watch for Christmas 2021. He loved it, but after about 4 months the crystal developed fog under it. I called them and explained my situation, and was told to send the watch back to them for repair. After a short time we hadn't heard any news from the fellow we were dealing with, so I called them back and spoke to a girl named Tatiana. She was very polite and professional, and after listening to my story, said they would get on it right away - I mean right NOW - and test the watch to see what the problem was. After only a couple of hours she text me what the problem was and that it had partially already been fixed, but that a part was needed to complete the job. I have to hand it to Titiana, although she was obviously very busy, she did everything she said she was going to do and kept me informed of what was going on via text. When the part came in a couple of days later, she text and informed me that the watch was mailed out that day and I should get it within a day or so. She even provide a tracking number for me. I have to say that this was NOT an expensive watch(being the first one for the grandson), but Titiana treated the situation like it was, and rendered truly personable service, of which I am very grateful. Next watch I buy - I'm getting it from Sarasota Watch Company, and I recommend you do, too. Thank you, Titiana for solving my problem quickly.
